Sarah Hopwood
Sarah co-presents Business Improvement Club with Paul and works closely with him on the quarterly SMN meetings. She delivers the Business Excellence Forum, has her own portfolio of clients, runs mentoring sessions, training workshops and 1-1 coaching sessions for senior personnel and staff. All sessions facilitate change enabling them to develop their business, be more strategic with their time and effective in their roles. Sarah has been a keynote speaker in Business and Education discussing best practice and bullying respectively.
Addressing the importance of how students think and empowering them to be SMART is another aspect of Sarah's work: teaching 14-21 year olds problem solving tools and strategic solutions, delivered under the umbrella title Equipping Young Adults for Life.
Sarah's past nursing and teaching experience enhances her ability to work with clients and students in a way they can relate to and engage with, knowing they are being listened to and understood.
